In mediation, when both parties agree to be courteous, respectful and honest:
- You both save time;
- The process does not further destroy your relationship with one another, your children, your family members and/or your friends;
- The cost is much less than a contested divorce;
- No one goes to court;
- The mediation meetings are private and confidential, held in a conference room; and
- The whole process is much less stressful than a contested divorce.
BUT…You Need to Check Your Hurt, Anger & Disappointment at the Door.
